Kurobuta Pork
Our Kurobuta hams have a passionate following. Just one bite and you'll understand why. Rich in flavor with a hint of smoke and a touch of sweetness, these are not like any other ham. The secret to success is using our signature family cure and smoking over real hardwood. Our gourmet hams start with Kurobuta pork that is highly marbled and dark pink in color. This 14 to 18 lb. ham includes the bone for a traditional appearance, wonderful flavor, and is the perfect start to the post-dinner split pea soup. Our hams consistently receive top scores in artisan ham comparisons and are frequently featured by celebrity chefs and culinary experts during the holidays.
Kurobuta is the Japanese term for “black hog” and refers to animals of the Berkshire variety, a heritage breed. Kurobuta ham is highly marbled with a beautiful dark color, firm texture, and naturally delicious flavor. Our animals are treated humanely and are raised on small family farms without hormones using a natural slow feed process.
Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin
Universally considered the most desirable of all pork cuts, our tenderloin is a center-of-the-plate superstar. The tenderloin is juicy, flavorful, and, true to its name, deliciously tender to the bite. Boneless with no visible fat, our Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin cooks quickly and can be prepared simply as is, dry-rubbed, or seasoned with marinades. This delectable, small cut cooks quickly making it fantastic for a fast weeknight meal or an informal weekend grilling session. Each package contains 2 tenderloins, approximately 3/4 lb. each.

Bone-In Prime Rib
Make a splash at your dining room table with one of our bone-in Double R Ranch prime rib roasts. Sometimes called a standing rib roast, each one is cut from the most highly marbled section of the ribeye for maximum flavor. Regardless of the name, this prime rib tastes as good as it looks. Leaving the rib bones in place makes for a classic presentation. The bones insulate the savory beef from the heat of the oven so the meat surrounding the bones cooks slower, leaving those sections extra juicy and tender. Each roast is tied with butcher’s twine for a wonderful handcrafted aesthetic and more consistent cooking.
This is a natural product and weights can vary by +/- 0.5 pounds.
Please note: “prime rib” is the common name for a rib roast. The USDA grade of this item is Choice.
