These two were the hands down favorites of the panel. Chacewater Olive Oil (500ml) from California has a rich, olive taste with a smooth texture. Melina's Balsamic Vinegar (250ml) from Modena; smooth with a balanced tartness. I pour this solo on my salad. Delivered in a Artisan Gift box.
